When Jenny Flowers Sports Therapy first re-opened in July 2020 many protocols had been put in place to ensure the safety of staff and any visiting patients.
A risk assessment was conducted at each clinic, pre-screening organised and appropriate PPE.
You will find practitioners will be wearing a face mask, eye protection (goggles), apron and gloves at all times during the appointment.
It is also mandatory for you, as the patient, to wear a facemask during your time at each clinic in line with Government Guidance.
We would like to encourage those that are in the high risk group to delay their appointments as long as possible, but would like to reassure you that we can help in other forms of contact. Please use the Contacts page to enquire about this.
Below is information on the protocols at each clinic so you know what to expect before your appointment.
Beeston Chiropractic Clinic - 0115 9225085

To book an appointment at Beeston Chiropractic Clinic you can either book online or by phoning the clinic.
You will be sent a Covid-19 pre-screening health questionnaire to your email that must be completed within 24hours of your appointment and before you attend the clinic.
On the day of your appointment:

Please arrive as close to your appointment time as possible, if you are early then please wait in the car.

Please put your mask on before entering the clinic.

On entering the clinic you will be asked to sanitise your hands, your inner ear temperature will be taken by a member of staff and you will be given a fresh set of disposable gloves.

Jenny Flowers will come and collect you for your appointment, you will be asked to change into a chiropractic gown and to leave your clothes etc in the cubicle provided. There will be a basket provided for you to bring in any personal items such as phone, keys and purse.

When you are finished we encourage contactless payments.

Please keep your mask and gloves on for the whole time you are in the clinic, there is a bin by the front door that you can use when leaving after your appointment.

To book an appointment at Littleover Chiropractic Clinic please contact the clinic and ask for an appointment with Jenny.
With your initial booking you will be asked to complete a telephone triage where a member of the team will go through pre-screening Covid questions.
In addition to this, they will also ask some specific health questions to determine your vulnerability to infection. This will be passed to your practitioner who may contact you for further clarification if needed.
On the day of your appointment:

Please arrive as close to your appointment time as possible, if you are early please stay in the car.

The receptionist will come and collect your from your car/car park for your appointment so number of footfall in the clinic can be controlled.

Please wear your facemask before entering the clinic

On entering the clinic you will be asked to sanitise your hands, have your temperature taken and sign the telephone triage you completed. This will then be handed to your practitioner. We also ask for payment up front to delay the time in clinic after your appointment.

Jenny Flowers will come and collect you for your appointment. There is a large plastic box in the treatment room for you to use to store any belongings that you have with you.

After your appointment you will be able to book your follow up appointments (if needed) and then be let out the front door by the receptionist.
